Here is a sample of some of my needs in life.

Prayer
This is conversation with the Lord. Prayer is thanking him, praising him, and talking with him about my life, worries, questions, doubts, fears, needs, anxiety, my loved ones, uncertainties, and things happening in my life.

I love the Lord because he hears and answers my prayers. Because he bends down and listens, I will pray as long as I have breath!
Psalm 116:1-2

If two of you agree down here on earth concerning anything you ask, my Father in heaven will do it for you. For where two or three gather together because they are mine, I am there among them.
Matthew 18:19-20

The next morning Jesus awoke long before daybreak and went out alone into the wilderness to pray.
Mark 1:35

Afterward he went up into the hills by himself to pray.
Mark 6:46

But Jesus often withdrew to the wilderness for prayer.
Luke 5:16

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.
Philippians 4:6-7

Quiet
In today's world there is so much distraction, noise, stimulation, hustle and bustle, interruption, and hectic times. We need to find a place where I can tune all this out, if even for 15 minutes, to let my mind stretch and unwind. I have a place. It is a clothes closet. When the door shut it is very quiet. All the clothes completely dampen out any sound. I have a chair in there. It's a place where I can read Scripture. It's a place where I can turn off the light and in the total quiet and total darkness I can let my mind contemplate the beauty of peace and quiet.

I would fly far away to the quiet of the wilderness.
Psalm 55:7

Only in returning to me and waiting for me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength.
Isaiah 30:15

Trust
It's so easy to worry, but worry is so counterproductive. We have a Lord that knows what we need even before we ask. We are told that if we can't solve little problems by worry, how can we solve the bigger issues. We need to trust in in God because he is totally trustworthy.

...your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him!
Matthew 6:8

So I tell you, don't worry about everyday life - whether you have enough food to eat or clothes to wear. For life consists of far more than food and clothing. Look at the ravens. They don't need to plant or harvest or put food in barns because God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds! Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? Of course not! And if worry can't do little things like that, what's the use of worrying over bigger things?
Luke 12:22-26

Don't worry whether God will provide it for you. These things dominate the thoughts of most people, but your Father already knows your needs. He will give you all you need from day to day if you make the Kingdom of God your primary concern.
Luke 12:29-31

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
